It's a Aoran Industry product, AGM240128A parallel drived,white on blue ,graphic 240X128 Pixels LCD with a Toshiba T6963C or RA6963C controller and LED backlight. It's avaible on http://www.cn-aoran.com/ at about USD 26 Without shipping and handle cost.

The connection schematic is based on this one ,but i modified it wiht a centronics 36 pole female connector instead of the original DB25
